IAM-I 1st General Assembly

IAM-I invites its members to the 1st General Assembly, in which its governing bodies (Executive Board and Association Delegation) will be constituted. This first meeting will be taking place on 31 January, 2025 from 10H to 14:30H in Warwick Brussels​ and online. Participants are invited to arrive at 9:30h for a welcome coffee and registration.

Please note the newly elected Executive Board will be having its first meeting the same day right after the General Assembly from 14:30h until 16:30h.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION & VOTING:

• Only new IAM-I members who register before 31/12/24 will be eligible for validation and participation in the 1st General Assembly, while registrations coming in after this date will be processed after the General Assembly.
• IAM-I members are allowed to register up to two (2) representatives onsite and unlimited representatives to attend the event online.
• Full members (industry & research) can select one representative with voting rights, whereas associate members have no voting rights.
• Members who cannot attend can delegate their votes to another member of the same category.

Registration for the General Assembly will close on 15/01/25.

ACCOMMODATION:

We have negotiated a special rate at the Warwick Brussels Hotel​, where the event is being held, at 160 EUR for a Classic room per night for a single occupation (city tax not included). To secure this rate, please book your stay with the link provided​ by the organisers by 16/01/25.
